No again.
His latest discs e.g. Demon Wind, Drive-In Massacre, The Slayer and Men Of War came without DNR and color-altering and were quite solid releases.

But actually I don't know if giving you facts makes any sense...

That's because they weren't made from him. They are from Inked Pictures and he denied his involvement in this disks. The latest disk he made for Inked was "Sweet Sixteen" wich was an "Integral Cut" of the Theatrical and the Directors Cut, so again another "Krekel Special Uncut" Version of a Film.

Saw exerpts from the PCE of MEN OF WAR done by Krekel. Image looks like sh*t. Way too much red and of course filtered (look at this: https://caps-a-holic.com/c.php?go=1&...=32991&i=1&l=0). The only advantage this transfer has over e. g. the French release is the larger framing. The framing of the French transfer (which is identical to the US DVD, US Blu-ray disqualifies with totally wrong aspect ratio) looks too tight in some scenes.

Only in the 84 Mediabook. The PCE Edition doesn't have the red tone and the german Dub in the right pitch.
