Because that's the Best Buy exclusive artwork in Canada. Not necessarily the same artwork as the UK wide release steelbook. Aquaman had 4 different steelbook artworks around the world for example.

I disagree, while it is the simple logo, there is design there that adds to it, but doesn't overwhelm it overall.

Yeah in that case it's to do with your account. It was preorderable a while ago and is still available (but it won't be for long).
Perhaps you preordered it previously and cancelled the preorder? They can sometimes then block your account from preordering it a second time. It happened to me with this very steelbook on Fnac.com, when I cancelled, then tried to re-preorder it (to group it with some other items); luckily I could reorder it from Fnac.ch (unfortunately that site only delivers to Swiss addresses).
In any case it's account-specific, so you have to either create a new account, or get in touch with them...

I'm surprised a wide-release 4K + 3D French steelbook (without the CD) still hasn't appeared on Amazon France or elsewhere. I don't think Warner France have ever done a 4K + 3D Steel that only existed as a Fnac exclusive.
