I followed up with PHE today and they confirmed they have been able to recreate the sync issue. They are still working on narrowing down the root cause but it's good to have official acknowledgement that we aren't all crazy!

Any issues on the standard Blu-ray as well?

Not that I saw. Both the standard BR and digital streams had no Atmos sync issues on my equipment.

Watched my copy today and this is a nice fun movie. The pacing is good and it wasn't too long. No audio issues here and picture looks good. Black levels are kinda thin in many scenes but other than that it all looks good.

I have to say this is this most fun I've had watching a transformer movie since the first in 2007. I hope Hailee Steinfeld returns for the sequel.

There were no sync issues that i noticed. LG UP870 directly to Sony 65Z9D.

Gonna finally set aside some time this weekend and watch w/my boys. We really liked in the theater.

Yep. Bought the steelbook day 1, and the comic was inside the steelbook.

Add me to the list of people with the synch problem. Oppo UDP-203 to LG OLED E6 2016. Audio is a little more than 0.1 sec behind the video which makes it almost unwatchable. Fortunately, I was able to account for most of it with the Oppo's sound offset settings. I think it's Dolby Vision related as I had the same problem with the same offset with Atomic Blonde, but I didn't see anyone else complaining about that so I thought it was just me. (It doesn't happen on other DV discs I've tried though)

I really like the difference in PQ. I can see this is from 2K DI. Is the increase in details due to getting proper chroma resolution from 2K master?

I would assume that there wouldn’t be a sync issue with foreign copies since they are the censored version of the film and therefore must be a different file than the US UHD.

Was excited to finally watch this today, and I too dealt with sync issues. Couldn't even make it past five minutes. Sucks, because I was definitely interested in what I saw.

What player? Check if it has a sound offset. The TV too. Put them all the way to the left. Try disabling Dolby Vision if you can.
