One of the major benefits of 120hz/72hz displays is their ability to playback 24p inputs without 3:2 pulldown. By turning on AutoMotion Plus, it interpolates frames between the 24 frames being sent to the television. By turning off AutoMotion Plus, the display will playback at 24fps which is the rate at which the film was originally projected.

I like to have my display interpolate live sports, but not films. I like to watch films as they were intended to be seen.
