I ordered this earlier and don't care if it's not coming until mid March. $41.91 in USD is a great deal. I don't even want Reloaded and Revolutions but it's a great price.

Does anyone know if the Canadian version suffers from "the glitch"?

Default Canadian Blu-ray vs American Blu-ray....

Is there a difference? I live in the states and recently ordered the matrix trilogy from the amazon canadian website, b/c it was a awesome deal(42 shipped). Is there going to be any huge differences, like the whole thing being in french, or is it basically the same with maybe a frech version included in the set?

thanks!

Only difference would be bilingual cover since the US and Canadian discs are the same.

The only releaess that will be different are the ones from Alliance. Alliance distributes many Universal, New Line, and Buena Vista/Miramax/Dimension titles. They have released a lot of titles exclusively to the Canadian market that are movie-onlly with lossless audio. When these titles are eventually released in the US, like Sin City, you will find some minor to major differences.

Warner stuff is universally The Same in the whole world.

Put you're player in Japanese and put any movie in there(from Warner). You'll get Japanese Warning, Japanese Menu and Japanese Sub and Language (with english), but in UK you'll get the UK Warning, Put in the US/Canada you'll get the warning from here etc. That's why they make it Region Free, because everything is on the same disc..

I was afraid of that. I hope they fix the issue with the second movie soon.

For those that took advantage of the recent Canadian deal at Amazon:

Mine just arrived.

Packaging appears identical to the customer images on the US site.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-me...pdp_images_all

To answer some of the concerns:

1) Yes, they are slim cases. Five in total.
2) There is no French language on the packaging aside from stickers on the shrinkwrap.
3) The two bonus discs are in one case and there are 35 hours of special features like the US set.
4) It comes with a digital copy of The Matrix.

I haven't checked whether the glitch is present yet as I am going to watch them in order over the next few days.

That's an excellent deal. There is a card stock wrap on the outside of the case itself, is that all in English as well?

Just two French stickers on the shrinkwrap. No other French anywhere.
