Its a total waste of money in my opinion. I'm not sure what your budget is, but here's a few options: either THIS or THIS receiver and THESE speakers for a small budget system under $400. Keep in mind that those speakers are 6 ohms so you will need to make sure you set the receiver to 6 ohm mode. If you can up your budget a little more look at THESE speakers.
