All of the documentaries on the Alien Quadrilogy and later the Anthology are some of the best! I remember that DVD set coming out and what a huge deal it was. It's such an exhaustive set, I can't imagine there ever being one to top it, honestly.

I also remember one of the first dual disc Special Edition DVD's, The Abyss! With fully animated menus. It was an incredible release. It's such a shame there's not a Blu-ray release.
