I was very impressed with how good "The Dream is Alive" looked, especially given its age (1985!).

It was alright... but, I'd say that spending the extra $$$ for the BBC version of 'Planet Earth' is far more valuable in the DOLLAR to IMPRESSIVE ratio.

haven't seen the blue planet yet but I was agree the BBC version of Planet Earth is one of the best purchases you can make for Blu-ray

I own 'Blue Planet' on BD and yes, it's worth the purchase. Beautiful stuff.

Got mine at Walmart for fairly cheap IMO 19.99.
