The BDA has a rule about catalogue titles having to be region free (and new releases can't be manufactured with region coding 12 months after release). But, of course, contracts and guarantees might force them to break the rule occasionally.

These people seem pretty competitive - £1.60 postage to USA or Canada plus £17.89 for the BD:

Still going to cost around 40 USD which I understand is expensive by USA standards, but most of our BDs here are that sort of price.
