The BDA has a rule about catalogue titles having to be region free (and new releases can't be manufactured with region coding 12 months after release). But, of course, contracts and guarantees might force them to break the rule occasionally.

So Brits and Europeans: What's the cheapest place to buy this that ships to North America?
