The 360 had a whole year to roll out games. The chart that you should have seen was the weekly software sales. The 360 and PS3 aren't far off each other. They seem to have a similar sales rate. Which is funny considering one of the reasons why people say the PS3 will lose exclusives is because of poor software sales. From what I saw the PS3 had an exclusive title reach 1 million sales in May of 2007 (7 months after launch- it being RFOM) while the 360 took till September of 2006 for an exclusive to reach 1 million(10 months after launch- it being COD2).
That's why I find the "no games" argument funny. As if some people expeected them to have a AAA title out the door at launch and sell platinum titles like hotcakes. |
