So I contacted Washington Blvd Sales, the third party vendor listed on the Amazon webpage for this Blu-ray:

And asked them if this blu-ray release was legit as i went on the Mills Creek website and they were only listing it as a DVD release:

This is what they wrote back:

"Yes this set is made by mill-creek, and we are the exclusive retailer for blu ray, which is why it may not be on their website just yet. we get it direct from them, it ships around oct 15th

Thank you"

So, I guess we'll have to see if who's telling the truth...stay tuned.
