This is what the wrote back:

"Yes this set is made by mill-creek, and we are the exclusive retailer for blu ray, which is why it may not be on their website just yet. we get it direct from them, it ships around oct 15th

Thank you"

So, I guess we'll have to see if who's telling the truth...stay tuned.

Who is "Washington Blvd Sales" and how would they somehow get exclusive rights to a blu-ray release? That sounds fishy as hell.
