I know you're joking but I literally tried that with Zavvi. Literally. Formal correspondence by post and everything. As arrogant as it makes me sound, all I'll say is that it's genuinely shocking (well - in HMV's case, not so much now) how inept / uninformed / unmotivated the top echelons can be. It can trickle down throughout a business and usually repels investors. Anyway. Hopefully HMV can get it right this time by making serious changes.
