Sorry. I'm a horrible person and should die apparently. Had already bought it before he finished talking about blurays and that's when I took it back out to show him. I didn't rub it in to him at all! Just thought it was odd it sat there for two days and nobody saw it? Honestly, did pick it up because I've seen requests to find it. Two of them are spoken for now. Guess I should have returned it right away for a pack of pencils since I can't get $ back.. Won't bother picking up extra copies again since I'll be torn apart for it.

No worries when it costs a dollar, is how I look at it. My buddy is really into wrestling (he used to wrestle professionally actually) and I have been buying and giving him all the WW DVDs I have been finding at DT.. Jetsons, Scooby, Flintstones, etc. I'm sure I'll end up giving him this one too..

2nd store Yor Hunter from the Future. This is thanks to seeing the Samaritan blu through the window of my 1st store which was closed last night. So I got there this morning snagged that and some others. Got that Yu-Gi-oh S4V1 in dvd packaging that's a combo (?). Yup, it was in with the 2 disc set that includes Shiver Me Whiskers (no advertising on the package from what I can tell).. thanks to tips from this thread I knew what to look (feel, really) for.

As bad as MasterBT comes across, I've had a similar interaction in the past. The cashier seemed interested in some action pack DVD from a few waves ago (I think the one with Jason Statham on the cover), and I did offer it to her. She of course politely declined. The same likely would've happened with MasterBT's interaction, but I would've asked anyway.

This is the one Blu from my region that I haven't come across. Not really lamenting it though. I hear it's heavily dubbed, which is usually a deal-breaker for me. With that said, of course I'd buy it for a dollar!

God help me, I will probably drive to more out of the way stores - some of which probably still have Halloween solar sex toys - because traffic is light today and it's fun. In the end, I'll be lucky to walk out with even 2-3 things. It's madness. Madness, I tell ya!

I'd be surprised... he only did it for a few years around the VA, MD, NC area, and this was 15+ years ago.. he absolutely loved it tho! Unfortunately, his body could not keep up. I forget which circuit he was in (or whatever you call it), but I know he went by "The Vision".

I really love Yor, mainly for nostalgic reasons. Use to watch it with my brother whenever it came on TV when we were kids.

I picked it up when it was first released. I figured if I didn't get it then it would be out of print.

The movie itself it extremely cheesey. Ok acting, with paper mache monsters. The plot is all over the place, but it's at least consistent, but ends up being a bit rushed at the end.

As I thought the Yu-Gi-Oh Season 4 Volume 1 does not have blu-rays. The sticker on the dvd case says it's a combo but it also references Disney, so must be a manufacturing error. Still, 3 discs for a $1....

All but one of the stores around me had movies out starting yesterday. Only two of them had a full bin dedicated to movies, the other stores only had like 15 or so movies and they had just stuffed them in the solar light bin or they had thrown them with the old dvd stock on the electronics aisle.

It seems like the stock was a little light this time around? So, maybe check the electronics aisle if you don't see them out front.

I stopped by a BigLots mid way through, so that took a bit of time too.

Made a mistake a double bought Hangman, not too bad since I was expecting I double bought some from previous waves.
