Sorry for the rant. They have once again downgraded the Total Access plan. To add salt to the wound they are promoting it as if they are adding value to the plan. You have to read the very last paragraph to see that your in-store exchanges are now counted as part of the movies you can have out at a time.

I wasn't even informed of the new terms, and when I contacted them they said everyone received an e-mail, which I didn't, the only way I knew was because of the store. And then they said "if you return your in store rentals within one to two days, you will receive the same amount of movie rentals". How the hell does that work? In that time, I could've had another one sent to me and watched.
