I called them today. Spoke with a very nice guy who said the combination of changing their distribution centre and an outbreak of flu in the office had caused shipping delays. Said they are working to get orders out asap. My large order shipped this evening.

Received my order today, lovely bunch of cracked cases and broken shards of plastic. Is it too much to ask for a little 'kin bubble wrap?

Just a card mailer, with a few sheets of brown paper for 'protection'. Had a zoom Criterion order arrive today too packaged the same way and that was even worse, not only had a case cracked but the insert had been ripped.

I was looking for their number. All I could find was 02076054435 posted on their Facebook page. Don't know if that's the same number Dallasnorthforty used.

The Rebel arrived yesterday. How anyone is supposed to read the script book without a magnifying glass beats me.

My sale order (made on the day the sale started) has been despatched today. I'm OK to wait. I only ordered a couple of cheap titles - The Lodger and Odd Man Out.

I don't know about that. I'm still waiting for 2 orders from the sale to ship from the evening of the 28th while I have in front of me an order made 24 hours later.

Listed as included on the delivery note. Fired off an inquisitive e-mail to them. Sigh.

All my orders have eventually shipped. I made 5 orders with my 5th order first to be sent on Tuesday and finally this evening my 2nd order was sent. Go figure! At least it seems all orders are sent out at least by Royal Mail 24. One was even sent by Parcelforce 24.

If you're referring to the ITC series of Joe 90 etc I think the issue is that those were licensed for those specific releases from the Anderson estate. I could be wrong on that but that's my understanding of that.

As far as The Sweeney is concerned Andrew Pixley has stated previously that he was commissioned for booklets for the remaining series. The restorations for HD and all the work for upgrade to blu ray have already been done. I think that the commentaries and introductions which were the only extras on the Blu of Series One aren't subject to restriction if used for the Blu Ray releases.

The only thing I can think of is that the licence is expiring and hence this understated announcement of the rest of the series reflects this.
