A bit late for that. The X-Men already met Kirk and Picard and crews in different crossovers.

Also, Patrick Stewart is in both universes already.

Well, theoretically, it could refer only to digital/streaming media (not physical), but I think that's unlikely in this case.

For some reason it never occurred to me that UPHE would handle streaming, but of course they do.

I admit, it's a possibility, but a disc release seems obvious.

We've seen some movies get announced as "4K releases" when it's just been a 4K scan getting released on bluray. I don't think that's the case here but I can also understand why some folks would want more clear language on the format.

Not to my knowledge. Perhaps short clips. Half the film was made with Stoltz before they recast.
