Default Sony Sony STR-DA5300ES receiver

These are the new receivers from Sony that do Dolby TruHD and DTS HD-ma.

This feature has HDMI 1.3 inputs, but does it also has HDMI 1.3 output?

What I want this receiver to do is, receive all the information (in my case) the PS3 sends, process the sound, and send all the information out to the tv, including deep color (X.V.color) in the future.

Does it do this?

It probably does but I dont want to judge this receiver by assumptions. And certainly dont want to get suprised in the future that it doenst output deep color.

And how about STR-DA3300ES receiver?
This reciever doesnt have the 'Supports x.v.Color™ technology (xvYCC)' feature.
But will it still output XV color? If my tv allready supports x.v.color, then why does my receiver need to support x.v.color?

Thanks

....Video support meets the needs of today's high-definition content, with both 1080/60p and 24p video formats, Deep Color, x.v.Color (xvYCC), and 6 HDMI™ inputs.

hdmi v1.3, safe to say it will output also.

I dunno...there are so many other "better" options out there for high end receivers opposed to the Sony costing around $1700. I'll tell you what, I love the GUI though!
