The exact two things that put me off when playing the demo, pass for me.

Same reason i'm not going to get it until it's probably about half price. Love the Tim Burton/ Danny Elfman vibe, but the camera and controls bugged me.

Hate to admit it but, this has been kind of a shit year for PlayStation. Days Gone (71), Erica (69), Concrete Genie (75), and now Medievil remake (67,) have all been fairly low-scoring exclusives. If Shenmue 3 and Death Stranding end up underwhelming, this will by far be the PS4's worst year since its launch year.

Can't believe this doesn't have HDR support.

Last year they had the back-to-back smash hits God of War and Spider-Man which cemented PS4's status as the console for best exclusives. This year is like 2015, where one or two major first party games are released but the rest of the year is mostly filler games because they're gearing up for a big year next year.

Next year has Last of Us Part 2, Ghost of Tsushima, and who knows how many launch PS5 titles!

In 2015 we got two highly acclaimed titles in Bloodborne and Until Dawn, along with a very favorably reviewed Tearaway Unfolded (81% on metacritic). I'm not sure how this year's offerings compare at all with 2015's.

Death Stranding and Days Gone are the only two major exclusives this year like 2015 only had Bloodborne and Until Dawn. Tearaway and Medievil are examples of smaller-budget remakes that don’t warrant $60.

Bit weird that nothing has come of Dreams yet since the beta, but I’m guessing it might end up a cross-gen title.
