I'ld rather have both. BDA need to go after the remaining companies and try to get LOTR before HD-DVD does. We can't take another blow like this one

Honestly, the Fox movie and TV catalog makes it a no brainer.

I'm not saying there aren't some killer titles in the Paramount catalog. But, let's see them release them. The piracy fear (which, will highten at the first bootlegs on Blu-ray) is going to keep the key catalogue locked away.

It has been Fox's releases that have been missed for many months. And Paramount wasn't doing lossless until recently.

Watch the PQ/AQ of Paramount releases fall off the cliff.

That would not surprise me. Free encoding ala Universal.

Fox just helped my holiday season!

FOX all the way for me - I am not going to cry over 1 movie (transformers). I thought Superbad was better than transformers. By the way, Superbad is hilarious and made by SONY pictures, can you say Blu exclusive?

I do have to admit that I was shocked by the Paramount announcement, but I can also honestly say that if we had to lose an exclusive studio, I'm glad it was Paramount. I like Fox's catalog much better.

I'd Rather Have Fox For Sure . They Have Cinema Classic Collection
Like All About Eve , The Robe, The Agony And The Ecstasy,Passion Of The Christ, Cleopatra,Star Wars Trilogy Etc. These Would Be Great In Blu Ray

ME??? Definitely FOX..... I would have been very sad if FOX (instead of Paramount) switched to HDDUD. Fox is my second in terms of my library collection (DVD), after Walt Disney.
What I want from Dreamworks: Shrek1-3, series of unfortunate events.

Personally I prefer Fox over paramount because I'm a huge alien and predator fan. I know some will scoff at me, but I didn't think transformers was that great. It was alright..enjoyable and had it's moments, but I was bored through parts of it and I felt that the last 20-30 minutes was anti-climatic.

No comparison Fox by a landslide, but sad and shocked to lose Paramount. Would like to have all the Studios on BD, but really Uni and Paramount are my least favorite Studios. Very sad to lose Dreamworks Gladiator, but I can live with the very good SD.
