I had a feeling this would happen to me lol

Purchased without doing research

So even if I forced caption titles through my TV they will still come through as Spanish or German?

I don't see how one can force subtitles that don't exist?

The UK video quality is said to be superior compared with the US.
Is the German release as good (image) as the UK BD?

Yeah it is bound to happen at some point-just buy a used Pans off the trade threads and swap out discs. Usually people have Pans on the trades for as low as $12-14
