Smartest thing for Disney to do after Indiana Jones V is to pick up The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles on Disney+ with a new actor (where they left off in 1920), giving them over a decade of chronology left before they bump up against Temple Of Doom (1935).

Spielberg is probably done with West Side Story and Indy V was mentioned among the Disney releases of 2021. So I guess it's happening for real this time.
