... but, they're worth what people are willing to pay

Are you sure you looked closely enough on eBay.com? Because there are some copies of the films from your list.

Anyway, you could check for "sold items" there, which will give you a pretty good idea of the "real value on eBay" for all those discs.
For instance, the last She's so lovely disc in like new condition sold for 20$, Pick up artist 29$, Bad girls 30$, Newton boys best offer accepted for less than 28$ etc

Now this really pisses me off to no end! JUST grabbed this used from an eBay seller because I believed that since this was a Best Buy exclusive, a re-release would never happen.

Paid way more than $12.99 too

Hate when that happens. I was lucky enough to find it used for 7.99 locally a few months back. I wonder if it's the same disc as the last one...

Most Best Buy exclusive titles are for a limited time only it seems, then they go mass. Sure some steelbooks never re-appear, but even a ton of those recently have at both BB and Wal-Mart. WM is getting lots of BD versions of BB steels that were originally 4K (pretty much the entire DCU catalog).

This will be the same disc, there's only one UPC code I can see anywhere. The lone link here still says BB only, but links to the new ones at Amazon. The only difference is that BB Exclusive sticker. Very surprised this took 5 years to go mass, earlier ones were only a few months.

976-EVIL looks to be seriously OOP.
Only the dvd shows on dvdpricesearch, checking around other sites, around $40. That's including a couple of lesser know sites.

Anatomy/Anatomy 2 is gone from all sites except amazon.

All the Boys Love Mandy Lane (US BD) also looks to be OOP, although I could find a cheap new copy from a 50/50% lesser known site. Didn't order as I already have it, so it's still out there (unless like my last order from said site, although not same seller, it already sold and the seller can't get more).

And just like that GGR is coming from Shout Factory in April. Though the Lionsgate BD will remain OOP.

Glengarry Glen Ross was produced by Zupnik Enterprises and GGR, but theatrical and video distribution rights were scattered about worldwide. In the US, New Line Cinema was the US theatrical distributor but did not pick up video and TV rights, which went went to Live Entertainment and through the various mergers of Artisan/Trimark and so forth explains how the most recent BD and streaming release was through Lionsgate (Ironically, the New Line Cinema logo remains intact on all of Live and Artisan/Lionsgate's releases).

My hunch tells me Lionsgate's rights expired (as did Warner's theatrical rights), hence why the BD went OOP so quickly and also got pulled from streaming. This development means the rights are with the films producers, who were willing to licence it out to Shout Factory

Rank was the UK distributor, which lead to the Carlton DVD and the ITV Blu-ray releases using the same US based master. Also ironic that the ITV release went OOP, as their UK rights inherited from Rank likely expired. There is a more recent 2017 BD from Odyssey Video/Three Wolves, who probably licensed from the producers. Specs and info about the newer UK BD is sparse, especially in regards to the transfer and PQ.

976-EVIL was a Cinetel Film production that Sony only handled TV and Video distribution rights to. Sounds like Sony's rights expired on that one and are likely with Filmrise/Screen Media (who appear to control the Cinetel catalog).

Makes sense, just seemed odd it was only released from Sony less than 3 years ago and already gone. I kinda of feel the need to go listen to the commentary now, not sure who paid for that. If Sony, it'll probably stay gone. I wouldn't be surprised if Screen Media doesn't put it back on out on bargain blu, but without the comm or home video version. Trying to think if I have a SM disc with any extras, none are coming to mind. Just glad i got it when I could, and with a slip too boot!

Even though 976-EVIL is now probably controlled by Filmrise/Screen Media, MVD has relations with Filmrise for some recent titles they put out. I expect them to re-release it at some point.

I don't think Volume 1 is OOP. It did seem like the supply dried up for a short time, but it shows available to order again on Amazon.
