Like many early widescreen aspect ratio listings on IMDb, there are inaccuracies so I would not take that data as gospel.

Much of their 3-D data comes from the R.M. Hayes book which is littered with errors.

That being said, it is most definitely not The Starlets!

Well, I’ve eliminated Starchaser, Friday the 13th and a couple of others that have been released already. I just saw the trailer for El Tesoro de las quatro Coronas and I must say it looked like allot of fun. With that said, whatever movie it is, I’m sure we are going to love it, and I don’t think Mr. Furmanek and his team would go for anything but a 3D gem. We’re in for a treat.

Well both Dynasty and Friday the 13th have “Blu-ray 3D (Upcoming)” on IMDB, but now that I know it’s far from accurate I guess that doesn’t mean much of anything lol. It’s fun to dream. Whatever it is I’m buying anyhow

We actually own the rights to that one and can do it whenever we want. It’s not a priority at the moment.

Also, is this list suggesting there are DCP’s for the Korean 3D films? I had no idea there were so many 3D Korean films from the 70’s. It seems to suggest a company called The Korean Film Archive may have them?
That's my list. I am the author. It's definitely not gospel--just a compilation of my own research into 3D movies, which is a combination of what I read from Bob, IMDB, Wikipedia, etc. The Korean Film Archive website listed having a "Digi-Betacam" for those two 3D films, as well as 3D dupe negatives and release prints. I assume that means they have digitized those 3D elements, but I'm not really sure--hence the question mark.

Bob, doesn't your archive own the rights to The Starlets and other Silver Age 3D erotic films? That's why I typed "3-D Film Archive" under The Starlets. What do you own rights for that hasn't been released yet?

For everyone else I found this online just now:
https://www.imdb.com/list/ls063066658/
It is a list of the 3D Silver Age movies. Don’t know how accurate it is. Maybe Mr. Furmanek can glance over and give us is two cents.
I can’t help but hope this new project is number 8. One of my childhood favorites.

Nice, I'll take number 1 or 8 also.

I will buy anything that the 3D Film Archive releases but the top priority for me would be Andy Warhol's Frankenstein.

According to the IMDB list, Kino-Lorber and 3-D Film Archive are restoring Dynasty (1977).

Treasure of the Four Crowns would be my hope, but I've heard great things about Dynasty!

Could it be... could it be... a certain Mr Voorhees?

Exciting times!

I was using bold font for confirmed and non-bold for unconfirmed but likely or stuff that Bob hints at. Maybe I should have explained that on the list. It just makes sense to me that if Kino secured rights to Revenge of the Shogun Women, they probably got Dynasty too, so I assume it's coming in the future as part of the 10-15 that's in the pipeline. Can always edit the list if I'm wrong.

Was hoping it was. I think it’s Silent Madness in that case.

I hope it's Frankenstein's Bloody Terror. For what its worth, every trailer on 3-D Rarities, Vol. I eventually got its own Blu-ray 3D release...

It's also been mentioned that a 3D print of Domo Arigato was found at the Library of Congress.

There's not much I'd prioritise over Revenge Of The Shogun Women except Dynasty and maybe Treasure Of The Four Crowns, but then again I haven't seen many Silver Age titles.

One possibility that hasn't been mentioned is Magnificent Bodyguards (1978) which stars Jackie Chan. This film hasn't been released in the US on blu-ray. For many people, a Jackie Chan film is a "will buy" regardless of whether it's 2-D or 3-D.

That one is most wanted but last I heard attempts to secure it were effectively ignored.

Certainly true for me. I'm usually not into the Dynasty types, but a Jackie Chan movie would do the trick.
