The frames ar 1x3 MDF and the fiber fill is safe and sound Roxul, This product is safer it don't use fiberglass.

Total cost for everything was $85 cdn and i made

2 2'x4' panels
4 16"x4' panels

still have lots of fabric and fill for some more, i am still planning on making about 4 or 6 more smaller corner ones for the ceiling.
