Oh, the scene has changed.... We have great pizza here now.

To counter what indravyu or whatever his name is said that most pizza in new York is now made by ecuadorians and such, go to Sal and Carmine's buddy, it's on Broadway between I can't remember like 103-105th street or something, proper rude, loud, cuts you off and could care less what you have to say New York Italian guy runs the place and makes the pizza ,
Well, that's the thing - outside of a handful of holdouts at places that are now essentially tourist destinations, the cranky NYC Italian pizza guy is a relic of the past. The younger guys who work at most pizza joints in the city are named Juan and Pedro, not Giovanni and Pietro.

Must be due to Italians from SF moving up there!

You're correct, it's either the tourist spots or a very rare bit of holdouts that don't have Julio or Santiago as managers not to mention the cooks and kitchen staff as well.

So , New Yorkers , if you want to visit the relic of the cranky Italian guy that runs the pizza joint head to Sal and Carmine's, it isn't the original Sal or Carmine they passed away it's the son and he's cranky as ever, I kept trolling him and telling him that when I was trying to find the place I was asking locals where it was exactly and they kept telling me it's out of business...he was like "and yet here we are..."

Also like has been mentioned, if you want the cranky Italian run pizza place just head to North Jersey, still tons there haha.

Pumpkin pie haircutted!! I love you Boggle.

This post will probably get removed, I don't smoke dope pal but I have been doing the silicon valley trend of microdosing LSD lately, I've gotten the dose down now to where I'm barely feeling something, I was taking too much in the beginning...

It's nice, smoking that reefer to me I don't like it, I feel lazy and tired and forget stuff constantly I'm much more focused on the acid.

Papa J looks like the guy who plays the cuckold in porn scenes. You know, the guy who plays the husband of the porn actress who doesn't participate in the scene, just appears at the beginning then busts in at the end to discover his "wife" has been cheating. Papa John just has a face that epitomizes that guy. Nothing really memorable about it, just a generic mask of sweaty idiocy.

I don't know if he gets a pass or not , and I don't think it's a good word or anything but he gets an honesty pass for not just saying it but saying it in a live stream no less.

PLENTY of people use that word behind closed doors but you would never know because they would pretend to be outraged by it's use in public.

Bill might be a dirty, hoarding, low life, racist , unhealthy, uneducated , bitter, envious, troll loser with terrible business sense.....but at least he doesn't try to hide it or be dishonest about like a politician or only show the side they think would be socially acceptable like so many on social media.

Edit - I forgot to include bald, short and unnatractive.

The concept of a "pass" in itself is just playing games and not productive in uniting people. It's basically holding people to different standards based on how much you like them, based on some made-up rationale. If society decides they want to eradicate a word the same societally punitive standard needs to be applied across the board to everyone, no matter who you are or what you look like. The fact that this has never happened with this word combined with opportunism to clobber one's enemies is part of the reason it still exists - freedom of speech being the other part

Kakihara, thanks for bringing up Tony's in SF , I looked them up and it turns out it's the only place in California you can get authentic Detroit style deep dish.

The only Detroit deep dish I've had is little Caesars.

I've been trying to call them they won't answer those bums.

Okay folks that's it, Dark Force is officially closing the label and opening the Demon's Pizza Kitchen. Our specialty the deep dish Offerings pizza with 6 different toppings and our very own Banana pizza that features sliced banana toppings in place of pepperoni's. This months extra crisp potato fries come in a beautiful 3D embossed slipcover. Come early or you might miss out on our extremely popular Code Red OOPizza. We pulled it right from the wood burning oven and it sells out every time. So let's keep up the food talk and this thread going and happy eating!
