It should be going out soon, if it hasn't already. Eleven days went by from the time I ordered before my first order was shipped.

Oh, man. I was on the fence about Town during this last sale, and I ended up passing on it. Oh, well.

I e-mailed them about Electra Glide and the said it should be coming back into stock soon. No idea about Town though.

I placed my first & only order of the sale on April 26th & it shipped the 28th. I did choose priority shipping though.

It's a slow but pretty atmospheric movie. Weakest of the double feature for sure but has it's moments. Cellar Dweller is worth the admission alone. That movie is a blast imo.

Well, I wonder if we will get new titles announcements today. If it's a Friday the 13th boxset, it might not be until Friday.

Coming in August (remains to be seen if this is everything):

Scream certainly have a thing for 2000s-era Warner titles. And I can't believe they put Hammer's Shadow of the Cat on that set...

The only interesting part in Ghost ship, is the opening scene. The rest of that movie is pretty boring and forgettable. I will be skipping that one. Dont care for the other announcements either.

Coincidentally I’ve been meaning to watch Ghost Ship for weeks now. I’ve never seen it before, but didn’t want to pay the digital rental price. I assume it’s not remembered fondly?

If Phantom is getting a collector's edition, that means the criminally overlooked Hammer Paranoiac is definitely getting one!

I do like the Dark Castle horror films, but not sure if Ghost Ship is worthy of another purchase. Already own it.

Nothing as exciting as that Deep Star Six release coming from Kino, unfortunately. Hopefully they will announce one or two more...

Fun cover art for Ghost Ship, but it’s been a while since Scream announced something I’m interested in.

I always thought Phantom was a given, for several reasons:

1) The Phantom is a classic movie 'monster'
2) The existing release is in the wrong aspect ratio
3) There's a TV version with exclusive footage

Paranoic, by contrast, is a tougher sell based on brand recognition, and less in obvious need of the CE treatment. The next one will almost certainly be Brides of Dracula, but whether they do the remaining 3 on that set remains to be seen (I'd be gobsmacked if they did Nightmare, and even though Captain Clegg has Cushing, it's not really a horror film, and again lacks the draw of a recognizable movie 'monster', in contrast to the 4 titles Scream have double-dipped on to date and Brides of Dracula).

Like Th13teen Ghosts, Ghost Ship might not be a necessary upgrade for me. I like the film but am happy with the existing disc.
