Oh no man it was so grainy, it was a really good film and I only paid like £8 so I cant really complain I suppose. Dont know if you know this about the death sentence release but they gave it a 1080p menu but the film was in 1080i whats up with that.

Death Sentence is supposed to have strong grain. The 1080i encode is a high bitrate. There's no reason it won't look good unless your player/display can't deinterlace properly.

I guess I trust statistics more than people's eyes. That's why I'm hoping someone will run the BDinfo program on it.
