supposedly Total Recall is based off his work and i love that movie, i also love A Scanner Darkly which i guess is based on his writings

I guess the only thing that made me hesitant is whether or not its a serious sci-fi movie or not... as mentioned earlier i loved children of men, but I hate cheesy sci fi flicks, such as the fifth element... i know some people liked that but its honestly one of my least favorite movies ever

would Blade Runner be close to that movie with charlton heston? the one where they make you take the pill to kill yourself but he tries running from them, its set in the future, kind of a dystopian sci fi movie

Anyway, you like Sci-fi, dystopian futures, Harrison Ford, Scott etc. Sounds like a worthy buy.
