oh and I mainly play medleys.. I like playing all parts of the game.

The MG elite was the first elite I got.. MK 48 is probably one of the most overlooked guns in the game.. it has such a long clip and is pretty accurate short to medium lengths.. it can be fairly cheap weapon as well..kinda like a famas..

Why did you have to create a new clan for a suppressed sniper? Everyone gets the Mercs SASR with suppresion, wether you are in a clan or not.. there is no Seal suppressed sniper that I know of.

ya know i had checked and though it couldnt be suppressed musta been off that night or something .. i thought it woud be oddto have a requirment that only certain branchs could get

looks like the patch to fix the strange spawnign should be coming in about 2 weeks or so .. and hopefully 1.5 hits soon there after ..

finally started to do some sniping ... man these levels all absolutely suck for true sniping .. the few spots that are decent to really snipe from are the first spots everyone looks already ...

please release atleast 1 new map soon

Yeah two weeks till the patch the patch update.. and than probably another month before 1.5 finally giving us some sort of in game clan battle system.. after how long after release? They are really really slow on patches and releases.

Sniping can be done effectively on any map.. well any large map.. 8v8 is not built for proper sniping.. but yeah if you just picked up a sniper rifle you are probably going to be picked off.. just as if any new player joined a game they would be owned by players who have played the map before.. you just got to learn spots, and be first to shoot and hit.. there is some skill to it..

i know all about sniping i used to devastate people on foxhunt and blizzard and what have ya .. thats the problm with these maps yes you can snipe but they really arent built for it .. blizzard and foxhunt could see a lot of map from one spot effectively giving yo ufar more potential for kills ..

So how much has the game improved since release? I'm thinking of buying the bundle pack because of the headset.

incredibly so .. there is no connection issues really .. i hardly ever see any lag ,,, im addicted as ever to this game

new patch along with PSN patch.. now in game dead chat possible.. but yeah no real issues from gameplay perspective.. only missing one feature listed on box, and that is in game clan battles.. which is supposedley in 1.5 patch coming in couple weeks.. but who knows how that will work..

that and the game plays solid now.

It's improved a lot. Been a while since I've seen lag or had any other problems.

LOL I hope you are being sarcastic.. people have been doing this since day 1 of Socom. You used to have to put your message in subject line of private PSN message to get it towards a person.. but now with the chat room features.. which condescendingly holds 16 people also the same number as max people that can play one one side in one room.. get in the same text chat.. you can now chat to everyone at same time.. alive or dead.. and alive people will see chat on top right like regular psn messages.. making dead talk all to real for everyone now.

i knoew thru the message system but that was more of a pain especially if they werent on your friends list i did read a blurb that said it wouldnt work with somegames. . im betting this is one of htem

it works, used it last night.. dont think it matters what game you are playing either.. at least for text chat.

some guy in a room last night was claiming there will be a map pack released in august .... he seemed pretty adament about it .... i hope its true the maps are starting to get a little stale now ..

August? too long to wait fr a map pack. they need to get cracking on releasing new maps sometime in may. at the very least, they need to add more game types to the current maps. i wouldnt mind playing quarantine 8v8 breach again...

well august is a long wait .. but i think the problem is S6 looks at it like if they dont first implement the clan stuff they will losr more fanbase than making those of us who really dont care about hte clan aspect wait longer for new maps ...
