Guess he referes to the last line. That's strange and misleading. If it's a three disc case (Ominaisuudet: 3), this would be the fourth one.

It says...DVD 1: Theatrical Cut
DVD 2: Director´s Cut
DVD 3: Bonus Disc
Blu-ray: Theatrical Cut, Special Edition, Extended Special Edition sekä bonusmateriali.

Seems to me it's temporary as I don't think it'd be a good idea to have the blue banner on the top. But if they did, it'd be a good way to sell it as it'd be different from the other 250 releases.
