Glad you like them. Bad Boys is okay, but I'd rather have dental surgery without anesthesia than watch The Rock or Armageddon again. Armageddon is easily the worst major studio film I've seen.

Definitely a cheesy color by numbers film but I've always enjoyed Armageddon.

I don't know if this is unpopular or not, however, I recently watched Apocalypse Now for the first time. It is an absolutely brilliant and remarkably impressive film well deserving of its many accolades, however, I couldn't help but feel that the portion of the film after they arrived at the temple wasn't quite as good as the segment beforehand.

There was still tension, yes, but it felt as if it had lost much of its momentum and Colonel Kurtz was not at all as I'd imagined, at least, physically. His size seemed at odds with the character and was a bit distracting.

It is still a phenomenal film, of course, but I found myself thinking about this afterwards.

13 Hours is the only Michael Bay movie I've ever enjoyed.

I can agree with most of your list, but I'd have to group RotF in with the bundle of Transformers sequels, and I'd put 13 hours on top of BB2.

Paddington & Paddington 2 are both awful abominations that should've been aborted before release.

If you mean Paddington then yeah, both have quite high ratings for some reason. Even the second one has 100% rating on RT.

Consider me bamboozled.

Just proves how useless Rotten Tomatoes and all other aggregate score movie sites are.

Evil Dead might be the best horror franchise no one ever talks about.

I'm always flabbergasted when anyone tries to cite them as a serious source of legitimate data - usually as they grasp for "facts" in a subjective argument. Those scores might as well be tic marks on a bathroom wall.
