I LOVE THAT MOVIE... you just need to get used to it not being a complete story. And enjoy Evan Rachel Wood's fantastic singing. =)

LOL I think you just like other of Evan Rachel Wood's assets, I don't think she sings too well.

Another title for this thread would be :

Stop Blind Buy, Rent movie, Make Up Your Mind!

OT, I never sold a BD thus far and if I did for whatever reason, I would not go back and buy it again, if I want it I will keep it.

Nope I love her voice.

It has some of the best singing/voices of any musical IMO.

this thread title is RIDICULOUS!!
what's next? "BDs you have rented first, bought, then sold, then rented again then at a later time bought again..."

Hmmm.. Lets see here......

I bought the original "The Day the Earth Stood Still" watched it, then sold it to a buddy of mine. Then I bought the remake of "The Day the Earth Stood Still" the other day which includes the original movie in it.

Does that count?

Just traded my Gattaca for Stevie Wonder Live. I hadn't intended to, but I saw it listed in a trade thread and jumped on it. Gattaca was ok, but I know I'll never watch it again. Stevie Wonder Live OTOH will get tremendous play, so for me this was a no-brainer.

If I were to sell another one it would have to be Blade Runner....I just cannot get into this movie, and I've tried.

relax.. if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all..

back to the topic: I would say Sin City. I had the canadian version, sold it, and I'm buying it again this month when it comes out.

it was @ a point i hadn't watched it in like 6-9 months, our annual garage sales were coming up, and the thought of a quick $8 was too much to pass up.

as soon as i find a half way descent deal, i'll be scooping it back up.

Winter's Bone. Gave it a 6/10. Sold it. Then it grated on me, remembering how it really WAS better than a 6/10. Bought it again. Paid less than 5 bucks each time.
