‘Camahn baby, you know you’re de gurl of my dreemps’

The special edition blu of this was an improvement with better grain, but it always looked a bit blown out, and the audio was out of sync (on many players). Hopefully this will be the definitive version of Total Recall - quite possibly the most rewatchable film ever made.

But how do you know you really watched it the first time? Or the second time, for that matter. Maybe they just remembered it for you...wholesale.

Definitely in for the Collector's Edition. Waiting on a U.S. preorder for it.

I've got the FNAC steel which I prefer, so I will get the collectors ed. But then there'd be no point in keeping my FNAC steel!..

I have a Denon receiver with an Atmos setup. NHT Towers with other NHT speakers.

This 4K release of Total Recall will be the memory of a lifetime.

I like booklets but I think I'm good with the standard Lionsgate US release here. Bring it on!

Great Steelbook. You can put the discs in your Steelbook and have the best of both worlds. I need to look up where I can get that Steelbook.

I am a sucker for these multi-disc releases. First Flash Gordon and Force 10 From Navarone and now this.

I'm going to be placing my pre-order in soon. But a few questions, when did Best Buy do away with in store pickups for pre-orders? And why dose the US always get left out when it comes to collectors editions? It seems like more times than not that the UK gets better editions than the US. And the UK could say the same about the US.

Big deal, I've still got the old UK SE DVD Steelbook just because it looks nicer than the old blu-ray!

Is this from a new 4K master, or the same 4K master from 2012?

I wonder if the steelbook is going to have removable rating stickers like some UK 4K releases have had recently? The SE boxset is too pricy for me but I could opt for the steel.

The wording appears to make it sound new. The 2012 release just says director approved 1080p master.
