By far the biggest HS moment is the ending of Seven. I was in shock and disturbed for days.

Moment's ending was not disturbing, just, well... HS!

A funny HS moment was in Nacho Libre when Skeleto throws the cob of corn straight into that guys eye socket!

Up to the point when Tom Skerritt is killed, everyone thought that he was going to be the hero and save Sigourney Weaver from the aliens. Then when he is killed, everyone, in shock, thought, holy ****, does this mean that a woman is going to be a hero? I think many people do not realize how ground breaking this movie was.

The rape scene in Irreversible.....the 'Holy **** moment' was how realistic it was. I almost got sick watching.

I believe "Holy S***" was my reaction right after the crash landing in Serenity and Wash is saying "I am a leave in the wind, watch me soar...." and well you know what happen...
