Looks really good. Personally I would've made the glass to match the bezel of the sub (IE made it a little smaller). Minor quibble though. I'll be interested to see the final product.

NOW the part where you guys come in is I think I'm gonna have "elemental designs™" etched/sandblasted into the surface and need to know which way you think it would look best. And feel to post and tell me if you think its a dumb idea too.

I'm wondering if it should be left to right dead center.... vertical, bottom to top....along one side left or right vertical. WHERE should I put it? Let me know! .....or perhaps angles form one corner to another?

I'm leaning towards putting it either dead center left to right or along the left side front to back or maybe corner to corner........Help me decide..
Not that it'll come into play or anything, but their logo has copyright protection. Technically anyone who etches that, especially if reaping commercial benefit, is probably violating copyright law. (I found this out when I tried to get a logo tattoo.) But, like I said, probably no big deal. You could always write for permission.

I hope not! It would go on top of the subwoofer anyways and makes it look even better. Seriously though, if this is the case, then all the people with name brand plaques that say "this theater features" and then has all sorts of brands like Polk, Pioneer, ect. are screwed. Better look out for those logo enforcing people out to get you.

I suppose there's little threat of litigation. After all, it's not a Monster logo.

Therapist, I think your idea for the glass-top was great. I think it looks good too

What is this blue-sticky poster stuff you are using to put under the glass??? And are you sure there is no rattle? Have you demoed some bass-heavy tracks at louder volumes?

Default Zero rattle.

ZERO rattle. The glass is raised approximately 3/16 inch off the sub no contact whatsoever.

Default Riser

Well my riser showed up (GRAMMA) and it definitely tightened up the bass and hopefully made it so it doesn't rattle my downstairs neighbors possessions as much . Will post pictures of everything as soon as my missing parts for my omnimount G3FP arrive this week.

thanks for the reminder. I just uploaded some new photos. Still need to put up drapes and framed movie posters, and do a little wire management just to the right of the sub. And a wood wedge to angle my sub upward a little bit. I'm also thinking of trying some different places for the apple tv but we will see.
