Netflix Blu-ray Problems

I've been a member for a long time and had only 2 or 3 broken discs during that time up until recently.

Within the past 3 months, almost HALF of the blu-ray discs I get are cracked on the outer rim. This could be caused by a bad mailman but it is getting ridiculous.

I'm also wondering if it is because of the way they package them. There is really no protection. When I used to use Gamefly, they would at least put a cardboard sleeve over the paper sleeve. Like I said before, I never have had a problem yet, but it's a possibility.
