Also got a dispatch notice for my Chucky and Hitchcock collection and the tracking says it is already at a few states over distribution center so it looks to have left already. Hopefully my Universal Monsters and Jurassic World sets ship as when I had confirmed my order both had gone out of stock but I was able to place an order for that price.

I placed two orders yesterday.
First with Jurassic World 4K Set + Fast & Furious 4K set (still says in Warehouse). Second order is the Hitchcock Ultimate Blu-ray collection (says Dispatched). I made both orders back to back (didn't want to miss out on what was already in the cart so I split them up) but now only one order shows "shipped" and it was the second one. I even got a shipment email and tracking #. I'm hoping the JW + F&F sets get shipped today. It says they ship same day if ordered before noon which it was well-before. I wonder when the Jurassic 5-movie set will come back into stock and ship out.
I don't know why it pulled it from my order and placed it on back order instead of giving me a few minutes to fix my card number. Just seems odd. |

Yes I realize it got hammered but with one of my orders shipped and many other members here reporting theirs getting shipped yesterday and this morning, I was just asking if anyone's orders are still awaiting shipment. I wasn't expecting my orders to be shipped before noon same day (which one was), I was just quoting their website about orders made before noon are shipped same day.

Either way, this was a nice "deal". I know Fox and Amazon has had some goofs before on pricing/coupons/ etc in the past, but I wonder if GRUV has had this happen before? |

That said, if the order was through Ebay, there is a process you have to go through to cancel a completed transaction in Ebay and refund in PayPal. All of which takes a person taking the time to do those one by one (there is no automated process in place to do those). Just enough effort that if they wanted to cancel, there is reasonable hope they might only cancel orders that are clearly resellers, i.e. over 5 (and especially 50, 80, 100, etc). |

It's auto feedback. As a seller you can set the system up so it leaves automatic (form) feedback once the buyer has paid. Because otherwise you have to access each transaction and check a box and put in text individually and then still click a submit button. All of which is difficult to do if you've got a huge amount of sales.
