I'm curious if the controllers would have a rumble feature built in or would they support the Rumble Pack.

Considering the NES Classic had 30, the SNES Classic had 21, I could see fthe N64 doing like 15 games.

Super Mario 64
Star Fox 64
LOZ: Ocarina of Time
LOZ: Majoras Mask
Mario Party
Donkey Kong 64
Castlevania 64
Mario Kart 64
1080 Snowboarding
Kirby 64
Pokemon Stadium
Wave Race 64
Yoshis Story
Pokemon Snap
Super Smash Bros.

These are ALL either Nintendo or companies that have licensed to them for previous consoles in the "Classic" line.

Throw in a bonus game like Earthbound 64 and 2 controllers w/ long cords. $99.99. It'll sell like gangbusters.

Instead of emulation, which I heard was difficult with the N64, maybe they should just create an N64 on a chip for a future N64 Classic Mini

That would probably be even more expensive, not to mention would likely mean the removal of core features like the CRT filter, save states, and rewinding. In any event, Nintendo has already figured out how to do N64 emulation on Wii and Wii U; they will certainly find a way to make it work for their next mini console.

I'm not so sure if Mario Party 1 is a good idea, considering how notorious it is for its many minigames that require rotating the control stick very fast.

I would want WWF No Mercy on it. If not no need to buy it.

Would Nintendo be allowed to put Rare games on it?

It's still my favorite in the series, that's why I put it on the list. They could always redesign the N64 analog stick in that it wouldn't wear out but still keep the basic design with the notches and all.

It would great enough to have Nintendo developed working hardware since the n64 has notoriously poor video and the controller analog sticks don’t last.

If having to limit to certain games
Star Fox
SSB
Mario Kart 64
Mario party 1-3
Goldeneye
Rogue Squadron
Battle for Naboo
Episode I Racer
Perfect Dark

And for the best multiplayer on the console: The World is Not Enough

I know Castlevania 64 and Legacy of Darkness receive some criticism, but I would love to see either. Probably Legacy of Darkness would be the likely candidate, given it expands on the first. I would certainly buy the mini-then!
