Resolution and colour wise these are big upgrades.

Grain - I had no issues with part 1. Parts 2 and 3 aforementioned ultra super Goonies thin.

Part 3 - that mild yellow tint (a bit too warm).

Let's wait for our resident experts to give the final verdict.

My favourite phase. Posts from unknowns about how disappointed they are only stokes the fires of my anticipation. It's too dark, too smooth, too yellow! Too quiet .

The second time I have heard about a super clean/non film like transfer.

As far as Universal being so good with their releases, the JP set says Hi!

Strange how you have no issues with how the grain looks on part 1 but the other member says there is no grain at all
