Still no replacement disc. Didn't Universal state that they would be mailed out in October? Looks like that's not going to happen. I never even received an acknowledgement that they received my email.

I received an acknowledgement email. Theoretically I should be receiving my disc sometime this week if they were to meet the 2-4 week turnaround as this would be the 4th week.

That concerns me. Some people received confirmation emails, others didn't. I've already sent two emails. (the first in mid September, the second just a week ago.) I wonder if they even received my emails?

I'm in Australia and the local arm of Universal advised me they've sent out a replacement disc. However, I'm fully expecting to receive another copy of the same disc with the same audio problem as they never acknowledged the problem even though I explained it to them in detail and advised them there's a US and UK disc replacement program.

I got the email saying it would be 2-4 weeks and nothing since. I have no confidence in a replacement disc over coming.

I live in Canada. It took me ten days (from Oct. 3 to Oct. 13) to get an acknowledgement e-mail, after my initial e-mail to them. Then, I sent them my address etc., but I haven't yet gotten a response to that, or an estimate of how long delivery will take.

I just received a notification from Fedex for a pending shipment from DELUXE ENTERTAINMENT/LOGISTICS VALENCIA, CA with a reference to USHE - Consumer Relations which is Universal Studios so I'm thinking this may be it. Oddly coming with Signature Required which seems extreme.

Read further and it says straight out Purchase Order Number: Psycho.

I got the same thing today. Yesterday I had sent them an email asking the status of the disc, so guess it was a coincidence. I'm impressed they are sending them via Fedex instead of regular mail, but it seems like an unnecessary expense.

Mine is supposed to arrive on Monday 11/2/20.

The discs are still ****ed up. They’re actually the same discs data-wise, but with new labels. I hope the third time will be the charm.
