I'm in Australia and the local arm of Universal advised me they've sent out a replacement disc. However, I'm fully expecting to receive another copy of the same disc with the same audio problem as they never acknowledged the problem even though I explained it to them in detail and advised them there's a US and UK disc replacement program.

I live in Canada. It took me ten days (from Oct. 3 to Oct. 13) to get an acknowledgement e-mail, after my initial e-mail to them. Then, I sent them my address etc., but I haven't yet gotten a response to that, or an estimate of how long delivery will take.

I just received a notification from Fedex for a pending shipment from DELUXE ENTERTAINMENT/LOGISTICS VALENCIA, CA with a reference to USHE - Consumer Relations which is Universal Studios so I'm thinking this may be it. Oddly coming with Signature Required which seems extreme.
