Cool

In my collection as a whole, in terms of film(s), PQ, AQ, bonus content, I vote The Matrix collection. Band of Brothers is a close second

I've seen every movie on all the lists so far except anything from the Godfather.

Simply put, this quote is the most accurate thing I've read anywhere today.

Probably the best sound of any release yet, simply insane

The Godfather Collection is probably my favorite release, but you can't go wrong with any of the Criterion transfers and the two Red Cliffs films from HK are reference quality as well.

Band Of Brothers gets my vote, followed closely by Wall-E and Sin City.

I have to agree with Blade Runner. The movie is almost 30 years old and the transfer to Blu ray is nothing short of spectacular.

Technically Pirates 2 held that spot until Universal released King Kong.

Don't expect any future release to look better. King Kong also got a mega sound overall so it is even better sounding disc than the HD DVD version.

My recommended movies for best all around (movie, sound, PQ):
1. Transformers
2. The Dark Knight
3. Iron Man

Those are what i believe are must haves for anyone to show off their home theater.
