But it also says that the release date is MARCH 12 2007!!!

no it doesnt the date is in the uk which is 3/12/08 btu really 12/3/08 for us

Probably Uncompressed PCM as one of the audio codecs seeing a how Paramount supports it now. I know for a fact that it's Original Aspect Ratio is 2:39:1 so that means black bars for people who care. I don't care about black bars as long as I am seeing the picture in it's OAR.

Hi. I have just checked Amazon.co.uk and it states Transformers will be released on Blu-Ray 3/12/2007!!!!

Yep, a couple threads have already found this. No official announcement, so no one is getting excited just yet. We all hope its true though.

Seriously, all the threads on this, goes to show me that this one is going to be a BIG seller for us.

maybe you are just being a smartass, but in the UK they do their dates backwards, that date means 12/03/07 for us 'mericans.....

We do it Day, Month, Years in a natural progression of size.
