The Rambo series is kind of a mess when it comes to what special features are included in what releases across formats, and what they're even called. Various extras were named different things for different countries this go around, and spread out across different movies in the series depending on region. This feature ("Courage and Honour") was included on the Blu-ray for Rambo III's 4K UHD release stateside, under the title "Guts and Glory".

As for PQ/AQ, I'm pretty sure it's the same across all 4K releases across the world. Although I do wonder if the bitrate for Rambo III is different in the UK since that version is censored.

You must buy the 4K Blu-rays unfortunately (if you can’t do 4K).

They’re only included with the 4K sets

Is there a complete set or must I purchase each individual one?

As of right now, no. Only the Best Buy steelback, box set.

I bought them individually on Black Friday for $7.99 each. Maybe next year they’ll come down again!

I went through the extras and I think these new US Lionsgate Blu-Rays of 1-3 (sold with the 4K UHDs) have every extra that was contained on both the earliest Rambo DVD/BDs as well as the Studio Canal European remastered Blus which we never got in the US. There might be one missing feature (was it the toy commercial? Can't recall) but they are all there otherwise. Some things might be on a different corresponding disc but they did a good job including everything, even if some things have different titles like you said.

The PQ/AQ is going to be the same on the UHDs no matter where you go. I was hoping one release would include the original 2.0 stereo tracks on the original Rambo films but every release only carries the 5.1 no matter what region you buy it from.

There's a number of special features not carried over to any of the three UHDs. Many are stuck on DVD releases of the movies. All of the substantial extras are carried over, fortunately:
  • The "Survival Mode" feature on the Ultimate Edition DVDs for the first three movies
  • The trivia tracks from the previous Blu-ray releases
  • teaser trailer for First Blood
  • First Blood: A Look Back
  • Rambo-nomics
  • Suiting Up

The special feature you might be thinking of, "Selling a Hero", actually seems to be available on the Rambo III UHD set as an easter egg.

None of this includes interactive games and text notes, things that tend to never leave DVD (or are of any real significance).

I got the Nordic version from rarewaves and confirmed that it's uncut and has English subtitles for the translation parts.
You are speaking of the UK 4K? I own the US 4K but haven't watched it yet.

I do have the original UK BD, which I believe is the same as the HD DVD, and I don't think that one is censored. The horse fall is there.

First Blood probably sells the most and slipcovers are usually only included on first pressings.

I bought RAMBO 1 thru 3 on 4k based on the high reviews here.
I feel ripped off!
These movies looked better on VHS.

The did not and you 100% know it. Is this today's faux outrage?

FRIST BLOOD, FIRST BLOOD 2, RAMBO 3 on 4k and ALL THE PRESIDENTS MEN on bluray.

Those FIRST BLOOD movies the 1st 3 don't impress in sound and was a waste re-purchase.

If one overdoes the hyperbolic vitriol it can dimish a legit point of view.

Yes, the UHDs are obviously flawed, but to say they're worse than VHS is clearly a risible remark.
