I am a fan but not a "freak." I think Solo is underrated. Not the greatest but far from the worse. I've learned to "review" things myself. After 70 years of moviegoing, I'll stick with my own opinions.

I just wish Solo had stronger 3D, mild is better than none though I guess.

Mine was "Boy With Green Hair" in 1947. I was four. Saw it again 40 years later and recognized scenes that had stuck in my young mind. BTW, it's a great film for children, particularly in these times. We first saw "Fantasia" at about the same time I guess unless I saw it in its previous re-up (seven years before).

That trailer looked awesome!! I recall being disappointed with GKOM story/pacing wise but will rewatch before the new one comes out. I believe the 3D was decent...

I fell asleep during MM so have to rewatch it. Thoroughly enjoyed the Stooges Spooked short and 3d was so much better than anything on the Stooges 3D disc. Those barely seemed to be in 3D...

That's because everything on the Stooges 3D disc is a conversion.

I found several selling on EBay. Believe that is where I picked this up. Not very expensive either. I think less than $15 shipped.

Yu-Gi-Oh!: Bonds Beyond Time

3D is not mentioned on the case, cover or disc-art, but this is a Blu-ray 3D having an MVC 3D encode.

The 3D version of course. The 3D is medium to strong - but only depth, or at least not much in front of the plane. Top notch special effects.

EDIT: corrected the image to the 3D version. This version is Region B and does not have english subtitles on the disc!

Hadnt heard of this one...is it the prequel to Fatal Attraction? Glenn Close's hair was totally 3D in that one, and it will NOT be ignored, Dan...

No, but there is a sequel to Attraction called Invasion. No 3d on that one though.

Got my copy of Hotel Transylvania 3 in the mail today and watched about fifteen minutes of it. Whether or not to support what is still an illegally burned copy is an individual matter so my comments will be limited to the disc itself.

So far I am very satisfied with both the 3D and overall video quality. I recall the 3D being a bit milder on Vudu as opposed to this bluray copy. Nice depth, excellent color, a sharp and detailed picture and no ghosting. There is also artwork on the disc.

My monitor immediately recognized the incoming 3D signal and the disc begin playing with no problem. But there are operating limitations. One cannot fast forward or rewind the picture. Only advance or backtrack by chapter. In addition, I was unable to access the tools from my Blu-ray player. Upon stopping, the film will resume from the beginning. Minor inconveniences, nothing more.

Though the audio is strong, it is not surround sound or 5.1. It is a mono soundtrack. But again its the 3D picture quality that counts and I found no problems with what I saw.

Update on Hotel Transylvania 3. The disc played through completely but I could not help notice at times a very slight motion choppiness with certain objects. Not a big distraction except for the closing credits, but something I wanted people to know.

The aspect ratio is 16:9.

One cannot pause the disc either.

Hi Joe. I found that the frame-rate would become choppy sometimes if I pause it or try to skip or ff/rw etc. It would stay that way until I did the same (pause and play) one or more times to get the frame-rate back in sync. This is playing from a backup on my media server, but sounds like the same problem so may also work for the disc.
