Mulan 4k did have a slip, but the regular blu-ray did not.
Same pattern for New Mutants.
Disney phased out slips on dvd's several years ago.
Now it's blu-ray's turn.
Telling collectors ir's time to start getting 4k.

The Disney ad/promo sticker was on shrinkwrap instead of slip.
4k did have slip.
It was a very good one.
But no blu-ray slips anywhere.

Distribution of recent slips seems to be regionally affected. I just found The Call of the Wild 4K in a used store recently with a slipcover that seems to be rare. Check eBay and you'll find other US BD copies of Mulan with a slip present, like how I found it in stores.

My guess is the UK artwork will look similar to this that I made. I also think it'll be another Mulan where they announce it out of the blue for release like 4-5 days later. Loved this film so can't wait to grab it on 4k

This is Pixar's best since WALL*E. Day one.

No one ever said Disney physical media is dead completely... specifically, the company will not release catalog titles on 4K any more. As has been specified many times before, animation and new release titles are still on the table.
