Twice after - eventually - getting to the final stage of checkout, my credit card showed processing over and over before going to Fatal Error.
So I switched to paypal, once I was sent back from the paypal window, the Network site went straight to a new error page (error 503) but I got instant email confirmation my order went through and a second email confirming payment was accepted. Might be worth a try if anyone is stuck at processing. |

I finally got my order in about an hour ago. Took a while but with persistence and paying via PayPal it worked eventually. Might go back in for a couple more tomorrow if it lets me.

I think I've had every bullsh*t response from their website tonight.
Just now I got all the way through to payment - tried with both PAYPAL and a card and thought it was going through and then it crashed at the last minute. Now back to "Fatal Error" The biggest fatal error is their failure to invest in decent quality servers. This happens ***every*** time they have a sale. Why don't they learn? |

Think I have finally had some success - after trying numerous times to pay with PAYPAL and then a debit card I have had an e-mail confirmation through from them confirming payment received and order received. Noting from PAYPAL so assume it went through on my card.
Really hope I don't end up with multiple orders.... ![]() |

I managed to place an order before they removed the voucher code. Paid via PayPal. My order is showing up on my PayPal account and in the my account section of the network site.
However I never received a confirmation e-mail from Network nor is there any status (such as payment accectpted) appearing next to my order on the site...getting worried that my order might be lost in the ether somewhere! |
