You need to focus, you are jumping from one sources to the next. If you are going to have faith in critic and user scores, then that disavows your opinion on the MCU. Unless it is only relevant for movies you like and dismissed for those you do not.

Pick a path and try to stay on it if you can.

It depends about what movie we talk about, for example Cronenberg's crash can be easily seen as a dull and pretentious film if you don't know the director or what he's talking about. This would justify the movie being divisive and not suited for the general audience.

User-friendly films like Aquaman and Captain Marvel? No way.

I just watch the film and form my opinion, based on my preference.

But that is still some ones opinion which can not be proven right or wrong. Just because a film gets a high score on RT does not mean that it's a great film.

Yes, films are subjective but there are some more prestigious archiviements between lists, magazines and awards: I was just referring that the criticism can be clearly seen in these sites or by fans of the same franchise, not like the film is "objectively bad".

I like Ang Lee's Hulk and Batman Forever despite them being far more hated than Batman Returns and The Incredible Hulk, two similiar films that i absolutely hate.

Dislike it a lot, just a boring or dull film or when it gets the character totally wrong like Batman Returns do.

So what if i think Batman Returns is garbage and Forever is better? I personally think Alien is a better film than Star Wars Episode IV, yet you won't see me picking that film when it appears in a matchup like that anytime soon.

There are no rules in terms of how much you need to enjoy something, admit it. I'll go with enjoyment and how it affected me over quality and how it affected cinema. And I had some legitimate complains about the film. I think it's vastly overrated and does not deserve to be considered good, let alone as good as Fight Club and other classics I wasn't attacking anyone, i was criticizing the film and who thinks it's a perfect one.

I don't have any joy, i have just some complaints about a film.

I have em also to films like Indiana Jones KOTC, Tenet, Alien 3, Jack, Exodus, Cosmopolis and many other films of my favorite directors.

I’ve intentionally kept from replying to him and feeding his incessant need for attention. It was slightly comedic at first, but it’s gotten old and I think it’s time to actually add him to the ignore list.

I think he missed out on a few hugs growing up, and maybe he should climb out of the basement and ask mommy for a few.
