should i buy benjamin button tomorrow or wait a week for Taken instead - Blu-ray Forum

i have about 50 bucks and i love the movie taken, but everyone tells me that the curious case of benjamin button is an amazing movie, just wanna know what everyone thinks would be a better choice, or opinnions of th emovies.

Or rent Button and see how you like it.

Benjamin button all the way mate ...so original.......get Taken when the price is lower, but hey thats my opinion....................BUTTON-

You could use all 50 bucks for both. You may have to pay a little extra with tax though. Ben Button is an incredible movie and a definite must own. With it being put out by criterion you should expect it to be a top-notch blu in terms of quality and extras, so the overall value is way better. But I thoroughly enjoyed Taken as well. But like I said you may be able to find the good deals and walk away with both for $50.

taken I can see being fun once even though it wasn't really for me, but how many times do you expect to watch it?

button on the other hand, if you like it probably has much more rewatchability. and if you don't like it you can probably get more for it on a resale due to it being criterion. at least you won't lose much.

IMO....if you want a good movie, go with button. if you want a fun movie, go with taken. button is extraordinary.
